Faslı bir asker olan Ibrahim, kaçak mültecilerin girişini ve uyuşturucu tacirlerinin hareketlerini gözlemlemek için Fas’ta ıssız bir adaya yollanır. Bir gün sahile kadar sürüklenmiş bir mülteci olan Mamadou’ya rastlar. Ibrahim ve Mamadou, bu ıssız adada birlikte günlerini geçirmeye başlarlar. Ancak bir süre sonra yaşanan diplomatik bir kriz, askeri bir sorunu da beraberinde getirecektir.
